- Develop and implement business strategies in the designated region, and identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
- Deliver appropriate presentations on the company, products/ services
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
- Negotiate/close deals and work with the internal team to resolve the complaints or objections
- Work closely with other departments such as product, supply chain, finance, and marketing, to exceed customer needs
- Participate on behalf of the company in industry conferences, exhibitions, or summits
- Success will be measured by the attainment of sales targets and completion of KPI, as well as global and regional goals.
- Coach, motivate, and provide direction to the team
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, management, or hospitality
- At least 5 years of proven success in a customer service role, preferred to have prior hospitality, B2B, and consumer goods industry experience
- Experience working in an MNC environment and dealing with global clients
- Experience selling to and creating/maintaining relationships with purchasers/operators/owners at the property level.
- High proficiency in English, and excellent communication in Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong ability to influence is critical to success. Must be able to make a significant impact without authority.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
- Possesses quality leadership skills with experience to lead and manage teams
