As the CTO, you will lead our R&D team in designing and developing state-of-the-art AI chips that power the next generation of intelligent systems.

Develop and execute the company's technical strategy and roadmap for AI chip development
Lead the design, development, and optimization of our AI chip architecture and hardware
Manage and mentor a team of highly skilled engineers and researchers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and deployment
Stay up-to-date with the new advancements in AI chip technology and identify opportunities for innovation

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
10+ years of experience in chip design, with at least 5 years in AI chip development
Deep understanding of AI algorithms, neural networks, and their hardware implementations
Proven track record of driving and delivering complex chip design projects
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in chip design tools, methodologies, and verification processes
