主要工作职责1. Responsible for allrecruitment issues for some associates, recommend suitable candidatefor respective department.负责部分员工的招聘工作,制作每月招聘计划,及时给部门提供合适的候选人。2. To administer theperformance review system according to the annual schedule根据年度计划执行绩效评估系统。3. To keep records ofthe personnel activities required at month end submitting operational reportson time.做好月度人事变动记录,并按时完成月度报表。4. Provide HRadministration support e.g. investigate associates' grievances, explainingpolicies to property HR associates etc.提供人力资源行政支持,如就员工的不满之处进行调查,并将本酒店的政策向员工做解释等。5. Ensure theorganization is in full compliance with all local employment legislationincluding those relating to associate benefits, termination, etc,provide necessaryadvice to management team.保证企业完全遵守当地所有的劳动法律,包括相关的薪酬和解雇等;必要的时候向管理层提供建议。6. Approval all of thedepartment JD and ORG-Chart, find problem and provide the suggestiongs to AHRmanager.审核所有岗位职责说明书及组织结构图,发现问题及时向人力资源副经理提出建议。7. Supervise and guideHR Coordinator 's work, and provide necessary training. HR Manager tomanage daily work in HR department.
