DescriptionYour responsibilities:You will identify the opportunities of digitalization by collecting and analyzing requirements from functions and transform them into digital project base on technology feasibility study and investment vs. benefit analysis.You will regularly review the operation status of digital system and continuous to upgrade and maintain system to reach a better performance so as to meet requirement of business.You will support outsourcing digital project, assess the capability of supplier, clearly present the business requirement with specific technical document, coordinate the process of development and ensure system go live timely.You will align with global digital strategy and adjust local requirement to global policy and meanwhile ensure local digital flatform compatible with fundamental system, like SAP, DPS, HVPLM etc.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility in own project actions in the site.Your background:A bachelor's degree and major in computer science, software engineering, industrial engineering etc.Proficient in one or more of programming language, such as VB/VBA，C#，Python etc.Proficient with MS SQL or MySQL databaseFamiliar with UI design, client development, database programming, have knowledge of web server construction.Familiar with web server, network, data security and other related knowledgeMore than 2 years' experience as lead of digitalization in manufacture area and familiar with operation process.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Both spoken & written English language is needed.
