Travel Requirements: N/AJob OverviewThe Operator is responsible for completing assigned production tasks efficiently and safely while maintaining product quality standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining process consistency, product reliability, and a safe working environment. The Operator will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support team objectives.Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate commitment to quality, and implement quality management system and its related requirements.
- Demonstrate commitment to EHS, and implement EHS policies, procedures and legislative requirement.
- Operate machines and tools according to work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Complete assigned production tasks within quality and time standards
- Perform routine maintenance of machines and tools
- Maintain clean and organized workstations according to 5S practices
- Accurately record shift activities and ensure effective handover between shifts.
- Ensure production and quality data are entered into the system for performance evaluation
- Participate in training and cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Suggest improvements to tools, equipment, or team operations
- All other reasonable duties as assigned

- Education: High school diploma or technical secondary school equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year working experience in a machining or manufacturing environment
- Languages: Basic proficiency in Mandarin; English is a plus
- Work Environment: Shop floor environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and production materials
- Experience: Hands-on physical labor
- Lifting Requirements: Able to lift up to 25 kg (55 labs) as needed
- Apply the THINK process to ensure no harm to people, property or environment.
- Correctly use required safety equipment, PPE and follow Standard Work Procedures.
- Comply with the Golden Rules of Safety and the Rules of the Road.
- Use Stop Work Authority to control unsafe conditions and stop unsafe acts.
- Report all incidents.
