The Global General Counsel position oversees legal, compliance, and IP matters, focusing on strategic legal guidance for US business expansion and transactions.

Provide strategic legal guidance and support in all legal, compliance, and IP matters related to the company's business operations in China and the United States.
Serve as the primary legal advisor for the company's business expansion in the United States, handling complex legal issues related to transactions, licensing agreements, export controls, data protection etc.
Oversee legal due diligence, contract negotiation, and risk management in various business transactions and collaborations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and minimize potential legal risks in all business operations.
Sit in leadership team and stay updated with legal developments and regulatory changes in both China and the United States, advising the company on potential impacts and compliance strategies.
Manage a professional team, ensuring efficient and effective legal support for the company's global operations.

Commercialized assets and rich pipeline|Global General Counsel role to support US and China businessLLM or Juris Doctor degree from a recognized US law school.Years of legal work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, experience in large multinational pharmaceutical companies is preferred.Significant experience living and working in the United States, with a deep understanding of the legal landscape and business practices in both China and the US.Exceptional legal acumen, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle complex legal issues independently.Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of legal professionals effectively.Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
