What will I be doing?· Manage day-to-day Order to Cash (OTC) performance including credit account set up, bank reconciliation, credit meeting and other OTC activities· Lead an operational Order to Cash team to deliver output as per the SLAs· Ensure compliance of OTC operations with company policies, processes, and internal controls· Review system entries· Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff· Assist in internal and external audit processes· Train new joiners· Work towards system improvement, process improvement· Develop team spirit and advise daily operations· Other duties as assignedWhat are we looking for?To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:· Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience· Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of related work experience· Minimum Years of Management Experience: 1-2 years
