- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, offering professional hiring solutions and independently resolving complex talent challenges.
- Analyze organizational structure and talent review results; provide insights on talent acquisition needs and workforce optimization.
- Build and enhance recruitment COE frameworks, including methodologies, tools, and standardized processes.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Management
- Lead end‑to‑end hiring for critical, core, and senior-level positions, with a strong focus on high-end recruitment.
- Establish and optimize full-cycle recruitment processes to improve efficiency and talent quality.
- Drive digitalization and standardization of recruitment processes, enhancing overall Talent Acquisition (TA) capability.
- Channel Development & Management
- Manage and optimize all recruitment channels (job boards, industry networks, talent pools, internal referrals, etc.) to maximize channel ROI.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of headhunter operating models and effectively manage, evaluate, and collaborate with external vendors.
- Leverage prior headhunting experience, if applicable, to strengthen high-end talent acquisition capabilities.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and coach the recruitment team (with a focus on high-end hiring), fostering capability building and developing replicable practices.
- Oversee team goal setting, performance management, and professional development.
- Allocate and manage team resources efficiently in a fast‑growing business environment to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Business Partnership & Key Projects
- Build deep understanding of business evolution, operating models, and key priorities to act as a strategic talent partner.
- Lead cross-functional recruiting projects such as campus hiring, employer branding initiatives, and talent pipeline development.
- Provide talent market insights and benchmark analysis to support business decision-making.
- Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
- Work Experience
- 8-10 years of recruitment experience, with senior or high-end hiring experience preferred.
- Proven experience managing a recruitment team (typically 3-10 people).
- Prior headhunting experience or extensive collaboration with search firms is a strong plus.
- Experience working in fast-growing industries (e.g., Internet, high-tech, new energy, intelligent manufacturing, consumer goods) is highly preferred.

- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including senior talent profiling, competitor mapping, and channel strategy.
