• Lead cost control initiatives with a primary focus on areas such as R&D project expenditures and employee expense reimbursements.
• Take charge of updating standard costs and conducting in-depth variance analysis, collaborating closely with the operations team to drive improvements in production efficiency.
• Play a key role in the annual budget and rolling forecast processes, responsible for managing capital expenditures and performing precise variance analysis.
• Manage the complete month-end closing process, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate financial reports to all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial records by reviewing accounting vouchers and performing balance sheet account reconciliations in strict adherence to internal control policies.
• Provide necessary support to the Finance Manager for the annual audit and the corporate income tax final settlement.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as Intermediate Accountant, CPA, ACCA, or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are preferred.
• Prior experience in a foreign-invested manufacturing company is a plus.
