As a Director of Events Management, we rely on you to:
作为一名宴会及会议统筹总监,你的主要工作职责为: * Develops catering account portfolios, sales goals and strategies and ensures alignment of these goals to the hotel's overall business strategy.
- Leads the Events Management team in generating and developing leads for local Catering segments: Corporate, Social, Government & Association.
- Plans and executes proactive selling on catering segments and reports to the DOSM on new ideas and potential area/accounts for business development.
- Analyzes market trends and review competition. Under the direction of the DOSM, implements proactive sales strategies to meet the market changes.
- Works closely with the DOS, and NSO sales team (where applicable) to maintain the most updated information of city-wide events including exhibitions, conventions, and other major social events that will impact the hotel's business and share such information with Events Management team regularly.
- 建立发展餐饮客户档案,销售目标及战略策划确保计划符合酒店整体生意战略策划目标。
- 领导销售管理团队发展创造本地会议活动:集团,社会,政府&协会。
- 对宴会销售部份提出计划及实施提前销售,将对生意有发展的新思路及潜力区/公司报告市场销售总监。
- 分析市场趋势并回顾竞争力。在市场销售总监的指导下,根据市场变化积极完成销售战略策划。
- 与销售总监及NSO销售团队(如有)合作完成并更新同城宴会会议信息,包括宴会布展,会议及其他可能影响酒店生意的大型社会活动,并与宴会团队分享相应的信息。
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人: * Good English Communication Skill
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in the same position in international hotel
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales goals and strategies
- 有英文沟通能力
- 有国际酒店同职位至少2年以上工作经验
- 对销售目标和策略的全面了解
