• Organize ceramics, glass, silverware and hollow products from major stocks and shops.
• Provide sufficient equipment (porcelain, glass, silver) for shops and banquets.
• Fully understand chemicals and other dangerous goods at work.
• Ensure that there is sufficient paper supply in all areas of detergent products.
• Maintain and clean all waste moving areas, including trash cans and trolleys, and remove waste in accordance with HACCP and equipment group regulations.
• Understand the application and operation safety of kitchen equipment, and operate kitchen equipment correctly and safely in the kitchen.
• Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic.
