Responsibilities
- Be accountable to deliver the Co-man sourcing to ensure finished products are sourced at the right cost/right quality/right time to meet the sales and marketing forecasts
- Lead end-to-end Co-man projects procurement from sourcing to contract, such as Project procurement ,Plan alignment, Conduct RFP, Clarifications, Commercial negotiation and Commercial bidding analysis, Supplier award alignment, Contract negotiation and so on.
- Contract management including increasing usage of frame contract, contract terms negotiation to reduce risks.
- Supplier relationship management which includes onsite visits, regular conference calls and supplier coming in visits. Develop new local low cost alternative supplier to meet business needs. Conduct supplier management to PEP requirements (including but not limited to delivery, quality, cost, responsiveness, etc.)are met.
- Conduct spend and market analysis to develop category strategies (snack co-man, nutrition co-man) and deploy the strategies that algin with the business needs, GP productivity objectives.
- Develop supplier management strategies (for key Co-man vendors) to monitor supplier's performance to ensure cost effective and efficient supply.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and delivering consistent positive results.
- Provide guidance and educate business function to define and continuously improve the supplier performance metrics, identify and evaluate suppliers with high risk and assist in mitigation plans for risk controls.
- Partnership with legal, compliance and Finance team to ensure procurement work executed with full compliance in policies and regulations.
- Work experience as a Sourcing Manager is a Must
- 8 to 10 years sourcing experiences are desired
- CPG experience is preferred
- Degree in Engineering, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios, develop and evaluate actionable solutions and push through to completion and implementation
- Ability to effectively communicate, interact and influence individuals from varying groups and levels including internal or external customers
- Strong project management skills
