Provide failure analysis according client’s requirement, and explain the test report.
Coordinate manufacturing engineer to look for root cause if needed.
Develop new test methods to meet the requirement of the client.
Knowledge of IPC standards required.
Excellent data analysis and Failure Analysis reporting capabilities required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering, PCBA related.
Minimum of 4 years in lab failure analysis.
Strong analysis skill in FA test equipment and methods (X-ray, Cross section, SEM/EDS, FTIR and so on).
Be able to perform ROHS test (XRF, UV, GCMS, AAS, ICP-OES)
Set up FA lab, evaluate and buy equipment from qualified supplier, draw up SOP and other documents.
Handle kinds of issues with customers.
Play the roles defined in the ISO17025.
Willing to work with the team and ability to coordinate and consolidate individual deliverables.
Excellent communication skills in written and oral English.
