Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible!Your roleWe are looking for an EHS Manager responsible for developing and implementing environmental, health, and safety (EHS) strategies to ensure full compliance with local regulations and EssilorLuxottica Group standards. This role will lead site-wide initiatives to foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.Main responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain programs to ensure site operation is complying with existing laws, regulations, licenses, permits and ordinances pertaining to Health & Safety, environment, as well as waste water management.
Lead internal audits, inspections, and incident investigations; manage CAPAs and ensure timely closure.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet site EHS KPIs and long-term sustainability goals.
Localize and implement Group EHS policies and programs at the Dongguan site.
Provide technical reports based on the interpretation of EHS data, observations, and current regulations..
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Maintenance) to embed EHS best practices.
Build and lead a high-performing EHS team; foster knowledge sharing and professional development.

Main requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of EHS experience in a large international manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
