Employee Relations
  • Compile and Review ER case rule (e.g. document, compensation) & SOP according to local regulation
  • ER case handling to support business transformation and org change
  • Cooperate with legal and external lawyer for challenging case
HR Policy Governance
  • Lead company's In China Project. E.g. PIPL; Data Disposal etc.
  • Drive Employee Handbook Regular Revision by inviting all parties (e.g. legal, GFA, CPO, WSD, Union etc.) as well as support other entities' revision
  • Policy Owner of New Working Style, Team Building, Annual Dinner, Retirement, Transfer& Relocation etc.
Data Center/HR Operation (E/S)/HR Digitalization Project
  • Lead China Region Data Center to collect, consolidate, analyze and provide SiC HC related data to all stakeholders, e.g. HQ, in/external audit, BU/Functions, Union etc.
  • Staff life cycle management and on-site support in East & South region
  • Lead Workday related HR Digitalization projects to purse Operation Excellence. E.g. Contract Renewal, Probation Review, Employee e-pfile, Teams Bot & WD Assistant, Leaving Process etc.

  • Bachelor degree with excellent spoken and written English. Human Resources major is preferred.
  • 10+ year working experiences in Employee Relations (plus Shared Service is preferred)
  • Team Supervision experience is required
