- Deal with ER case to support business transformation and reorgnization
- Lead the SSC operation team and projects
- Compile and Review ER case rule (e.g. document, compensation) & SOP according to local regulation
- ER case handling to support business transformation and org change
- Cooperate with legal and external lawyer for challenging case
- Lead company's In China Project. E.g. PIPL; Data Disposal etc.
- Drive Employee Handbook Regular Revision by inviting all parties (e.g. legal, GFA, CPO, WSD, Union etc.) as well as support other entities' revision
- Policy Owner of New Working Style, Team Building, Annual Dinner, Retirement, Transfer& Relocation etc.
- Lead China Region Data Center to collect, consolidate, analyze and provide SiC HC related data to all stakeholders, e.g. HQ, in/external audit, BU/Functions, Union etc.
- Staff life cycle management and on-site support in East & South region
- Lead Workday related HR Digitalization projects to purse Operation Excellence. E.g. Contract Renewal, Probation Review, Employee e-pfile, Teams Bot & WD Assistant, Leaving Process etc.
- Bachelor degree with excellent spoken and written English. Human Resources major is preferred.
- 10+ year working experiences in Employee Relations (plus Shared Service is preferred)
- Team Supervision experience is required
