  • 在餐饮销售总监缺席时主持早会说明会,确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求。
In the absence of the Director of F&B Sales, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
  • 积极配合餐饮销售总监,努力完成个人及团队目标。
Actively cooperate with the Director of F&B Sales and strive to achieve personal and team goals.
  • 与餐厅经理沟通了解当前市场需求,分析潜在的市场机遇,并准备及制定项目促销计划,充分利用项目数据信息推广餐饮促销及活动。
Communication with the outlet manager to understand the current market demand, analysis of the potential market opportunities, and preparation and project promotion plan, making full use of project data information to promote F&B promotion and activity;
确保餐厅销售每日销售报表的准确性,及时与财务审定,激励团队成员完成每日销售任务。Assist outlet manager to ensure the accuracy of F&B daily sales report, and financial examination and approval in time, motivate team members to complete the daily sales task.
  • 负责收集相关客户资料,统计、审定、并跟进客户状况、消费行为,建立完善的客户档案,并有效管理客户做好客户售后和维护工作,确保客户资料信息及交易记录的数据安全,了解客户的需求点从而制定合理有效的营销活动,从而提高客户参与度,提升餐饮收入;
Responsible for collecting relevant information, statistics, examination、 approval, and follow up customer status、consumer behavior, establishing and improving the member profile, and effective management members after sales and maintenance, to ensure the safety of the customer information and transaction records data, to understand the needs of the customer points so as to formulate rational and effective marketing activities, to improve members' participation, promote catering income;
  • 负责与VIP 客户相关项目各个部门保持有效的沟通、配合与协调,保障VIP 客户权益的顺畅行使;
Responsible for keep effective communication with the VIP customers related project departments, cooperation and coordination, safeguarding the rights and interests of VIP customers of smooth exercise;
  • 协助餐饮销售总监确保所有工作按照工作计划和部门培训工序表进行。

  • 始终提供礼貌和专业的服务。
Provides courteous and professional service at all times.
  • 确保所有员工对酒店产品知识、当前推广、政策改变的最新了解及保持高效的内部沟通。
Ensures all associates maintain up-to-date awareness of Hotel product knowledge, current promotions, policy changes, and appropriate internal communication.
  • 根据安排参加酒店培训课程,以提高工作技能及知识。
Attends hotel and Department training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.
  • 了解关于员工及行业关系的法律、法规,理解并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度,及酒店关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。
Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in associate and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, and health & safety.

Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
