Team Lead, Business Management Support, Global Financial Markets

• Provide primary support for Trading teams in GFM China
• Ensure relevant internal controls / regulatory policies / procedures are being complied with the relevant functions
• Coordinate with respective supporting units to drive new product initiatives
• Lead GFM projects
• Improve the productivity of the team
• Organize programs for staff training and development for Trading & LM teams

• Lead China BMS Trading support to achieve annual KPIs.
• Facilitate various projects (including the annual drills) both induced by the Bank or the business units. Also facilitate and manage various system enhancements with various parties (such as SUs and BUs).
• Regularly gather the NPA requests from the desk heads and facilitate their requisition through the NPA process. In addition, BMS also drives the NPA review process with the workgroup and follow up the progress.
• Support audit review, regulatory examination/self-inspection annually.
• Ensure the BCP role for various drills and rehearsal exercises.
• Closely communicate with all other business and supporting units for all business administration. Such as annual budgeting, system enhancements, projects, business set-up, infrastructures, licensing etc to ensure adequate and quality infrastructure and application supports are being given to the business units with cost justification, adequate planning and controls.

• University graduate with minimum 12 years solid experience in Treasury products, systems and support.
• People manager with rich project experience
• Proactive, dynamic and highly organized
• Sound knowledge in GFM products, operation process, regulations and risk management.
• Strong communication skills and able to make positive impact among BUs/SUs.
