Senior Sourcing Engineer

• Drive supplier results in quality, delivery, cost. Develop, integrate and manage preferred suppliers to meet business requirements.
• Responsible for Supplier Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan execution.
• Leads R&D communications related to the commodity and facilitates the identification and evaluation of new materials or technologies to cover current and potential future BEC requirements.
• Support Supplier for the sampling and CQP (Component Qualification Process) for new design or design change.
• Implement localization and cost reduction project proactively. Drive annual productivity through value engineering improvement, process improvement & negotiations.
• Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and regular supplier reviews for all strategic suppliers within commodity.
• Lead Supplier QDC overall performance improvement activities.
• Interacts with site material/planning teams.
• Other tasks assigned by leader

• 积极主动的推进国产化及成本节约项目。通过价值工程改进，过程改进以及谈判来提升年度生产力。
• 主导供应商关系管理，以及相关商品的战略供应商定期业务回顾。
• 主导供应商的改进活动，包括质量，价格，交期等等。
• 能和公司的物料和计划部门良好合作。
• 主管安排的其它任务。
