- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for key accounts, providing a single source of communication for all operational matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key clients through regular communication, including face to face meetings, phone calls, and video conferences.
- Understand client's business operations, goals, and challenges, and translate them into actionable operational plans to support their success.
- Proactively address client concerns and issues related to operations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement operational strategies tailored to the specific needs of key accounts.
- Coordinate cross functional teams, including production, supply chain, and quality control, to ensure on time delivery of products or services that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Monitor and manage the operational performance of key accounts, tracking key metrics such as order fulfilment rates, delivery times, and product quality.
- Coordinate with the operation team to manage client expectations regarding service levels, and ensure that service agreements are met.
- Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and work with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- At least 5 7 years experience as OP manager or Operation KAM
- Fluent English
- Familiar with serve to PO management clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross functional teams and man age multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven work experience as senior Operations Manager or operation Key Account Manager
- Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening, and presentation) skills required in both Chinese and English
