District Sales ManagerThe District Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving the wholesale unit and PAC sales target for the China market, maximizing BRP's business opportunities and contributing to the long-term business success.YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:· Ensure that unit sales targets and PAC sales targets (in value) are achieved. Ensure theexecution of the IO process and the implementation commercial policy in a timely manner.Implement the available tools to monitor progress; dealer visit planning, visit reports, follow-upon issues and opportunities.· Understand the dealer’s key business drivers and develop a business plan to deliverwholesale & retail targets. Actively participate in the development of the dealers’ marketing &sales plan to optimize market opportunities and meet distributor sell through and inventorytargets. Demonstrate a business partner approach to support execution and long termsuccess.· Promote PAC sales and other business opportunities as additional sources of revenues forBRP and the dealers in collaboration with the PAC team.· Establish proper targets per dealer in China to maximize financial objectives. Prepare adistrict business plan (TAP) addressing the risks and opportunities of your market. Prioritizeactions and optimize the distributor network in line with BRP positioning and identified marketpotential.· In collaboration with superior, implement and execute dealer training plan (product - demo -marketing)· Support Dealer Development team to identify opportunities to improve dealer networkcoverage and performance to sustain growth potential. Explore opportunities in regionswhere BRP is not represented in China.YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Sales and related major, or advanced business degree withapplicable industry experience· 5-10 years’ sales/marketing experience including a successful t rack record of sales growth performance· Rich automotive industry/market knowledge and sales management experience· Strong influencing skills and people management abilities, building rapport easily with individuals with different cultural backgrounds· Ability to work with MS Office software· Native Chinese language skills(Mandarin), as well as English communication skills· Outgoing and easy going, we are looking for a c lear thinker who is able to make good decisions calmly under ambiguity· The successful candidate passionate for market penetration and winning, taking risks whilst able to fulfill his/her commitment· A willingness to travel 25%-40% +Do you have other qualifications?
