Support the post-silicon validation and characterization of RF, mixed-signal or high-speed IO IP blocks, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, AD/DA and PCIE. Validation & Test Execution: Conduct functional verification and performance characterization for Wireless and Mixed-Signal IPs across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) corners. Collaborate with senior engineers to define and refine test cases based on device specifications. Debug & Analysis: Perform electrical validation of RF blocks and high-speed interfaces. Analyze measurement logs to detect anomalies, reproduce failure scenarios in the lab, and drive root cause identification in partnership with design teams. Lab Automation & Infrastructure: Develop and maintain robust automation scripts using C#, LabVIEW to control test instrumentation (Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators) and streamline data collection efficiency. Documentation & Reporting: Generate detailed technical reports, manage execution schedules, and document test methodologies. Education: Bachelor's in Electrical or Communication Engineering or related field; Master's preferred. Experience: 1-4 years of industry experience in post-silicon validation or hardware characterization. Hands-on experience with RF/mixed-signal lab equipment (e.g., VNA, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes) is mandatory. RF/Wireless Knowledge: Solid understanding of wireless communication standards (Wi-Fi 802.11ax/be, Bluetooth) and RF circuit concepts. Familiarity with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, USB) is highly desirable. Test Automation: Proficiency in C# or LabVIEW for test program development. Core Competencies: Strong analytical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and effective bilingual communication (English/Chinese) for cross-site collaboration. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
