This role oversees a broad corporate communications portfolio, covering media relations, policy insight, reputation management, crisis response, stakeholder engagement and CSR communications. You will act as a strategic advisor to the business and a key coordinator during sensitive or high‑profile situations.
  • Monitor policy developments and public sentiment, providing strategic analysis and advice on potential business impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major media outlets and senior journalists
  • Develop compelling stories and communication initiatives to strengthen corporate reputation
  • Produce high‑quality communication materials, including press releases, publications and multimedia content
  • Establish and manage crisis communication mechanisms, including real‑time monitoring of reputation risks
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging during sensitive situations
  • Engage government bodies, industry associations and key opinion leaders through structured communication plans
  • Support internal teams with communication strategies aligned to organisational priorities
  • Drive CSR communication initiatives and integrate them into overall brand positioning
Shape corporate reputation across policy, media and stakeholdersOwn crisis communications in a complex, high‑impact environment
  • Solid experience in corporate communications, public affairs or media relations
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and sensitive topics
  • Strong understanding of policy and regulatory environments
  • Excellent writing, messaging and content development skills
  • Experience handling crisis communications and fast‑moving issues
  • Strategic mindset with strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English
