RequirementsEssential Skills

Analytical Thinking: Capable of systematically investigating issues and identifying their underlying causes.
Attention to Detail: Detect small discrepancies or errors that could impact user experience or campaign performance.
Technical Proficiency: Familiar with web technologies, software testing methods, and relevant QA tools (e.g., Jira, Selenium, Cypress).
Documentation: Skilled in creating clear and concise records and communicating findings to multi-disciplinary teams.
Problem-Solving: Proactively seek out errors, propose solutions, and verify corrections.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with IT, marketing, and creative departments.

Matching Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
Experience with manual and/or automated software testing.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Knowledge of marketing technologies (such as CRMs, automation platforms) is advantageous in marketing–IT hybrid organizations
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and creative team
Fluent English written and spoken
