Incident management by consolidating all information collected and preparing incident report
Manage FA, AFO & FO to perform the daily routine checking and reporting
To manage the Security Control Room and monitor the access control systems, CCTV systems, Building Management system and other security control systems;
To conduct routine daily inspection in all other facility management activities in client site like reporting irregularities in cleaning conditions, malfunctioned or destroyed facilities.
Handle procurement and follow all requirements from JLL and client
Properly guide vendor to deliver clients' requirement
Oversee contractor working schedule and ensure the contractors following the client/JLL site policy
Responsible to oversee the BMS Aspect and review all documentations; report if any abnormal activities
Respond to all users' complaint and plan remedial actions
Ensure service delivered in a high-level standard and in a timely manner
Providing support to Client projects
Responsible to perform T&C with client and ENG team
Assist for any report writing and analysis on regular basis to serve audit and quality control
Job requirement
Higher Diploma in Facilities Management/Property Management or other related field
At least 3 years working experience in facilities management/property management
Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS training certificate
Good communication skill and ability to work with people at all levels
Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese
