− Coordinate and provide first line help services
− Manage hardware and provide maintenance for computers and network
− Coordinate and provide IS&IT support for industrial projects- Be systems administrator for company's network and servers
o Ensure functioning of network connections (Communication with Local & HK providers)
o Be responsible for Data backup process to ensure business continuity- Coordinate and provide first line help services
o Coordinate and provide first line help services to users and perform associated helpdesk activities- Manage hardware and provide maintenance for computers and network
o Setting up desktop computer, notebook or networked equipment, scheduling and monitoring computer equipment installation or relocation; site preparation work;
o Update and maintain inventory records of computer hardware and software; maintain other relevant documentation.
o Manage computer hardware and software capex (Follow up / renewal budgets)- Coordinate and provide IS&IT support for industrial projects

− Solid Experience on production (or logistics) is a must.
− Solid experience in desktop maintenance, server, and support (on Windows, MS Office, Lotus Notes, Cisco, other common application software)
− Min 8 years' related experience, with min 5 years as senior engineer or system administrator.
− Solid experience in administration and support of LAN/WAN networking.
− Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for infrastructure.
− Knowledge in SAP is appreciated.
− English and Mandarin Chinese compulsory.
− Related certifications as a plus

− Ability to study and apply continuous improvement techniques to improve current operations.
− Be a team player with good troubleshooting and communication skills.
