Job Description 职位描述Position Name: Internal sales China岗位名称:中国区内部销售Department: Sales Department所属部门:销售部Report to: Internal Sales Coordinator APAC汇报对象:亚太区内部销售主管Education and Experience Requirements 教育和经验要求Bachelor’s degree or above, no specific major required, but Economics or Trading, Marketing or related fields is preferred.大学本科及以上学历,专业不限,经济贸易类、市场营销类或相关专业优先考虑。At least 3-5 years working experience3-5年以上工作经验3 years+ support Sales Team business activities experience with plant team communication, who have customer reception and system operation experience is preferred (e.g. D365, CRM, BI or Power BI).3年以上制造业销售支持经验,商务接待和系统操作经验优先考虑(如D365、CRM、BI、POWER BI)。Skills Requirements 技能要求Basic awareness and knowledge of cost control and sales & marketing.具备基本的成本管控意识、市场营销与销售相关专业知识。Familiar with Microsoft Office-- Excel for sales data processing, proficient in tools such as data pivot, common formulas and conditional formatting; PPT for visualizing sales data presentation adapted to different reporting scenarios (such as decision-making, team meetings, and customer connection).熟练使用办公软件:使用Excel进行销售数据处理,精通数据透视、常用公式及条件格式等工具;使用PPT进行销售数据可视化呈现,适配不同场景(如管理层决策、团队会议、客户对接)。Ability of sales data analysis, be capable of establishing or participating in the establishment of a sales data indicator system based on business needs and provide analysis reports.具备销售数据分析能力,能根据业务需求搭建或参与搭建销售数据指标体系,提供分析报告。Familiar with basic business language, etiquette and cooperation terms; able to independently draft business letters, notices, review agreements and contracts; assist sales in customer reception, negotiation and visits.熟悉基本商务用语、商务礼仪及合作条款,可独立撰写商务函件、通知,审核协议与合同;协助销售进行客户接待、谈判及拜访。CET-6 or above; fluent in English reading and writing, with good listening and speaking.英语六级及以上,英文读写流利,听说能力良好。Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to cooperate smoothly with cross-functional teams and maintain good working relationships.具备优秀的人际沟通能力,可与跨部门顺畅协作,与同事保持良好工作关系。Team player with critical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities; able to support supervisors and the sales team effectively.具备良好的团队合作精神、独立思考与问题解决能力,能有效支持上级及销售团队工作。Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work efficiently and flexibly under pressure.工作细致严谨,可同时处理多项任务,高效、灵活地开展工作。Hard-working, responsible, with strong execution and service-oriented mindset.工作勤奋负责,积极主动,执行力强,具备良好的服务意识。Responsibilities 工作职责There are 4 key parts, main contents as follows:1. Value Creation & Business Support 业务价值创造与支持
  • Qualify new leads and acquire customer information via cold calls and industry activity, before input in CRM and confirm sales.
通过陌生电话、行业活动甄别新线索,获取客户信息,确认销售归属,维护CRM。
  • Analyze sleeping/slow-moving customers, follow up to expand business opportunities.
分析沉睡 / 低效客户,跟进销售激活计划,拓展业务机会。
  • Test sample follow up and status update
跟进或协助跟进测试样品的客户反馈与进展,汇总状态更新。
  • Strategic products recommendation/promotion in-house (Upsell)
推广战略产品,执行增销计划。
  • New & phased out Products / customer policy notification/introduction
宣导新品上市、产品退市及客户相关政策。
  • Review CRM activities and track project pipeline.
复盘 CRM 执行情况,跟踪项目商机进度。
  • Provide sales & Products demand forecast
提供销售及产品需求预测2. Business Copilot and Sales support 销售业务协同与合规性管理
  • Support CN Sales head & Line manager to deliver internal tasks of sales activities and business analysis for CN
协助中国区Sales Head和直线经理统筹中国区客户和销售团队,完成对内部工作、业务分析与日常运营。
  • Sales activities follow up / in-house support (e.g. Meeting organization, Documents, Sample, quotation etc.)
协助销售活动,发送产品资料、组织会议、跟进样品、报价等事宜。
  • Track the completion of sales indicators, provide sales data analysis and report, and analyse the reasons for the differences
跟踪指标完成情况,开展销售数据分析并提供报告,分析差异与原因
  • Pricing check & management & approval monitoring
价格查询、管理及审批合规性监控。
  • PCR & Special ACR process tracking & Customization support
产品定制跟进和流程支持
  • Support salesperson in-house administration works (e.g. Company chop, internal customer reception)
为销售团队提供内部行政支持(如盖章、内部客户接待等)。
  • Review risk points of commercial documentation, negotiate with customers to update together with sales– Business agreement Terms & Condition, New PO
审核商务文件(如PO、协议)并确认风险点,协助销售与客户协商合规性处理
  • Sales compliance monitoring, advising and (SOP) Process optimization
监控业务合规性,提出改进建议并优化标准流程。3、Customer relationship management and Daily Support 客户关系管理与支持
  • Pre-Sales & In-Sales: handle customer special requirements timely, process simply technical & commercial advisory
及时响应和处理售前售中的商务咨询和基础技术问题以及特殊需求
  • After-sales: Process and handle customer complaints timely, then assist sales to reassure customers, drive and follow appropriate solutions.
及时传递和处理客户投诉,配合销售经理安抚客户,跟进解决过程及方案。
  • Proactively collect key customers’ feedback, understand in detail purchasing & supply chain requirements (general and special requirements, order frequency, payment & delivery schedule, maintaining stock for frequent orders products)
主动收集重要客户需求与反馈,详细了解客户供应链需求(一般或特殊要求、下单频次,付款习惯,发货计划,主要产品的预测或库存状况等)。
  • Build customers profile database and time to time update customer status
建立并实时更新客户档案数据库
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction by supporting, developing and optimizing process/activities to achieve excellent customer service.
持续分析、优化流程或活动,以优质的客户服务不断提升客户满意度。
  • Enhance customer engagement and maintain strong relationships.
深化客户互动,维护紧密的合作关系。4、Team Collaboration 团队协作与跨部门协同
  • Establish good reporting and information synchronization with line manager, especially special cases.
与直属经理建立良好地上下级汇报关系,重点事项及时确认与信息同步。
  • Supporting or back up team members when required, complete other tasks assigned by line manager, to ensure the completion of teamwork.
  • 必要时支持或BACK UP团队工作,完成直属领导分配的其他工作,确保团队工作完成度。
  • Act as a communication bridge between external sales and internal teams.
担任外部销售与内部职能部门的沟通桥梁。
  • Drive cross-departmental solutions for customer complaints and different requirements.
推动跨部门解决客户投诉与各种需求。
  • Drive cross-departmental resources to organize customer activities (e.g. visit/audit) together with the sales team.
协调内部资源,协助销售团队组织客户活动(如客户拜访及审核)。
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve lead times and handle urgent demands.
跨部门协调优化交期,响应紧急需求
  • Implement process improvements and new working methods.
落地流程改进与新工作方法。
