- Qualify new leads and acquire customer information via cold calls and industry activity, before input in CRM and confirm sales.
- Analyze sleeping/slow-moving customers, follow up to expand business opportunities.
- Test sample follow up and status update
- Strategic products recommendation/promotion in-house (Upsell)
- New & phased out Products / customer policy notification/introduction
- Review CRM activities and track project pipeline.
- Provide sales & Products demand forecast
- Support CN Sales head & Line manager to deliver internal tasks of sales activities and business analysis for CN
- Sales activities follow up / in-house support (e.g. Meeting organization, Documents, Sample, quotation etc.)
- Track the completion of sales indicators, provide sales data analysis and report, and analyse the reasons for the differences
- Pricing check & management & approval monitoring
- PCR & Special ACR process tracking & Customization support
- Support salesperson in-house administration works (e.g. Company chop, internal customer reception)
- Review risk points of commercial documentation, negotiate with customers to update together with sales– Business agreement Terms & Condition, New PO
- Sales compliance monitoring, advising and (SOP) Process optimization
- Pre-Sales & In-Sales: handle customer special requirements timely, process simply technical & commercial advisory
- After-sales: Process and handle customer complaints timely, then assist sales to reassure customers, drive and follow appropriate solutions.
- Proactively collect key customers’ feedback, understand in detail purchasing & supply chain requirements (general and special requirements, order frequency, payment & delivery schedule, maintaining stock for frequent orders products)
- Build customers profile database and time to time update customer status
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction by supporting, developing and optimizing process/activities to achieve excellent customer service.
- Enhance customer engagement and maintain strong relationships.
- Establish good reporting and information synchronization with line manager, especially special cases.
- Supporting or back up team members when required, complete other tasks assigned by line manager, to ensure the completion of teamwork.

- Act as a communication bridge between external sales and internal teams.
- Drive cross-departmental solutions for customer complaints and different requirements.
- Drive cross-departmental resources to organize customer activities (e.g. visit/audit) together with the sales team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve lead times and handle urgent demands.
- Implement process improvements and new working methods.
