Position OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven channel and experiential event Marketing Manager to develop and execute impactful marketing programs. You will be responsible for bridging brand strategy with offline execution to drive growth, enhance visibility, and achieve sales targets across key trade channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of building effective offline events and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external partners.Key Responsibilities· Develop and implement the annual offline plan aligned with brand and commercial objectives.· Create channel-specific strategies and activations (including brand master plan to inspire trade execution and instore merchandising) to drive sell-in and sell-out.· Analyze market trends, competitor offline activities, and trade data to identify opportunities and optimize campaign effectiveness.· Manage the experiential marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI measurement.· Collaborate closely with the Sales team to equip them with necessary tools, materials, and insights for effective negotiations and execution at the point of sale.· Lead the development and production of marketing campaign materials, ensuring brand consistency.Qualifications & Requirements· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.· Approximately 5 years of relevant event marketing or trade marketing experience, must have within a large-scale FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company.· Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.· Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on execution excellence.Preferred Qualifications· Experience in the beer, beverages, or related industry is a strong advantage.· Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).What We OfferA competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a recognized industry leader.
