负责酒店日常财务运作管理，包括但不限于收入审计、成本控制、应付账款、应收账款等财务流程的监督与优化；2、Prepare and review financial statements to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, and provide decision support to management;编制并审核财务报表，确保财务数据的准确性和及时性，为管理层提供决策支持；3、Supervise the hotel's cash flow, ensure the safety and reasonable use of funds, and regularly conduct cash flow forecasting and analysis;监督酒店资金流动，确保资金安全及合理使用，定期进行现金流预测与分析；4、Coordinate business dealings with external institutions such as banks, taxation, and auditing to ensure compliance and optimize tax planning;协调与银行、税务、审计等外部机构的业务往来，确保合规性并优化税务筹划；5、Develop and improve financial related systems and processes, enhance financial operational efficiency, and reduce operational risks;制定和完善财务相关制度及流程，提升财务运作效率，降低运营风险；6、Assist in annual budget preparation and execution monitoring, regularly analyze budget and actual differences, and propose improvement suggestions;协助年度预算编制及执行监控，定期分析预算与实际差异并提出改进建议；7、Lead and train the finance team to enhance their professional skills and ensure efficient departmental operations.领导并培训财务团队，提升团队专业能力，确保部门高效运转。Job requirements 【岗位要求】1、Having solid financial professional knowledge, familiar with the financial operation mode and process of the hotel industry is preferred;
具备扎实的财务专业知识，熟悉酒店行业财务运作模式及流程优先；2、Proficient in using financial software and office software (Excel, PPT, etc.), with strong data analysis skills;熟练使用财务软件及办公软件（Excel、PPT等），具备较强的数据分析能力；3、Having good logical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to independently handle complex financial problems;具备良好的逻辑思维和问题解决能力，能够独立处理复杂财务问题；4、Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous work, possessing strong resilience and teamwork spirit;责任心强，工作细致严谨，具备较强的抗压能力及团队协作精神；5、Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently collaborate with various departments and promote the implementation of financial related work;
