- Carry out more complex plan admin duties in a timely manner and with accuracy, namely * Responding to internal/external ad-hoc clients request (more advanced level and difficult routine questions).
- Plan sponsor communications (routine and ad-hoc tasks).
- Employee communications (ad-hoc/difficult request).
- Non-standard trade orders management (manual offline).
- Data management (large volume with complex process).
- Website management.
- Follow direct reporting manager's instruction with updating procedure documents and checklists.
- Manage small and middle size external client projects and internal UATs independently.
- Follow direct reporting manager's instruction to conduct auditing of CSAs and SCSAs' work and fulfil the required supervising responsibilities.
- Follow direct reporting manager's instruction to provide relevant trainings to new joiners, CSAs and SCSAs; Client specific and system/process on job training; Also Host Onsite training sessions to participants.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or closely related areas.
- Excellent English and Mandarin required with Cantonese an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office.
- At least 4-5 years of experiences of our operations or relevant professional working experiences. Detail-oriented, self-motivated and has a strong sense of responsibility.
- Customer focused with excellent communications skills. Strong problem-solving skills and well-developed commercial acumen.
- Demonstrate initiative, organizational and time management skills.
- Adapts to change, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure, and adjusts plans to meet changing needs.
