Technical Project Leader
who’ll be responsible for
define and execute the R&D project plan, in consultation with stakeholders, work and guide team members on the design, development, testing and documenting of the products to meet the requirements

- Responsible for the definition, design, development, release and execution of new product introduction within agreed budget and time constraint, at required standards and following Product Creation Process procedures.
- Work with IPL & business team to gather requirements, translate RFD requirements into technical specifications. Strong awareness of local and international standardization and regulation; lighting principles and product application.
- Develop new solutions, new architectures and/or enhances existing products. Uses analytical and systematic approach for optimal solution. Perform reality checks and appropriate testing. Ensure standardization within product platform and compliances to standards.
- Maintain and create product (cost, performance) roadmaps
- In close collaboration with program manager, competence leaders, LDP or other experts; define and execute feasibility projects for key technologies to enable
- luminaire product roadmap
- Rich experience on the project management with stakeholders and cross function team.
- Be creative, fast learning, willing to take challenges and could quickly adapt to the business growth.
- Good interpersonal skills: active, open, motivational style
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
