Be responsible for the development of the daily menu.
Ensure the quality of food and beverages provided is of the highest standards.
Supervise the daily operation of the kitchen.
Plan the yearly theme, events, and activities.
Maintain the branding and the quality of every meal.
Optimize profitability.
Fully incharge daily operation.
We are looking for someone who:
Strong leadership skill and ability to drive kitchen team forward
Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
Strong in western cooking experience
Currently Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef for past 2 or more years
Always aware of the latest market trends and industry updates.
Enjoys being challenged.
Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends.
