2、在保证设备正常运转的情况下，降低维修成本，减少设备故障率Key Activities and Responsibilities1、设备故障维修
- 跟踪系统的报修情况并及时修理，减少维修损失时间，提高机器的可利用率（Up time）
- 正确判断和使用维修备件，减少浪费，节约维修成本
2、 设备机械预防维修
- 根据预防维修计划和预防维修检查项目进行设备的机械预防维修，减少设备的报修率
- 保证预防维修的质量，增加MTBF（平均故障间隔） 的时间
- 对于损坏的备件，可修复使用的应修复再利用，降低备件使用成本
- 负责CPP维修的维修工应遵守CPP维修相关规定，在指定维修区域进行维修
3、 设备润滑
- 根据润滑计划或设备润滑报警信息进行设备润滑，保证设备的正常运行
- 保证设备润滑的质量，增加MTBF（平均故障间隔） 的时间
4、 设备改进维修
- 分析维修过程中遇到的问题，提出改进维修建议，降低设备故障报修次数
- 协助其它维修部门的人员进行设备的改进，提高设备的可靠性
- 积极参与新设备的调试及验收工作
5、SHE、5S
- 按程序要求进行维修工作，正确评估维修环境的SHE状态，避免发生相关事故
- 保持维修现场整洁有序，符合5S标准要求
- 全员无伤害活动持续进行并实施Qualifications and Education- 高中或中专以上学历，2年以上生产制造企业机械维修工作经验
- 具有机械知识及技能,能看懂基本的设备图纸
