
SAP Data Project Manager

- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Data Governance & Quality:
- Enforce SAP data standards, validation rules, and business logic across modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM).
- Design and implement data cleansing and conversion strategies to ensure integrity during migrations.
- Establish post-migration data monitoring frameworks.
- Cross-System Migration:
- Lead data migration projects from legacy (non-SAP) systems to SAP, including defining ETL mappings and transformation logic.
- Develop reconciliation protocols to ensure data consistency between source and target systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Translate complex data requirements into actionable plans for technical and business teams.
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and solutions to senior management.
- Minimum 5+ years managing end-to-end SAP data projects, including migration, governance, and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
- Proven expertise in SAP data models, table structures, and validation rules.
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes, including master data flows and transactional dependencies.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience migrating data from non-SAP systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, custom platforms) to SAP.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge IT and business teams effectively.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) to manage global stakeholder collaboration.
