- Strategic supplier responsibilities for metal and plastic components, assemblies, within APAC region. This includes the mould release in both fields according to defined processes
- Representing corporate procurement in daily business, projects and product development.
- Conducting RFl and RFQ in sourcing and R&D projects including generation of price comparisons, including recommendation to support the decision-making process
- Acts within the corporate procurement team and supports regional teams in conducting general Makarios in various material groups upon request as well as researching potential suppliers, alternative product specifications and resources
- Conducting supplier analyses, maintaining existing supplier base, evaluating potential suppliers and managing the entire supplier qualification process
- Manages the sampling and product approval process in development and sourcing projects Supporting and coordinating in PI/PO (phase-in / phase-out) process.
- Negotiation of favourable agreements withing APAC
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline, plus a minimum of 5 year's experience in purchasing management or equivalent experience and education
- Strong background in Purchasing and/or Supply Chain with proven track record of successful
- performance Proficient in stakeholder management Adept at collaborating within a diverse international and cross-functional team Commitment to high integrity combined with work ethic Dislinct in system thinking
