It's the place where you can browse through high-end branded stores, a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and cafes, and many entertainment options readily available to you.We are hiring a Director of Food&Beverage:As a Director of Food&Beverage, we rely on you to:

Improve the profitability of every outlet
Optimise the profitability of every outlet
Analyse market trends and make suggestions based on latest market and industry trends
Assist in maintaining a high standard of service
Responsibility for the branding, revenue and management of Food & Beverage colleagues
To be accountable for external contracts such as suppliers, performers etc.
Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide the highest standard of service

We are looking someone who:

Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment

Communicates and writes with fluency in English so as to host global guests.
Strong engagement with guest and colleagues, responsive to the needs and act faster, strong execution ability
Good interpersonal skill, recognize and develop potential
