Job Category: Mechanical EngineeringJob Description:In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead or participate in many kinds of NPD project, such as game changing technology, market coverage, margin expansion and core.
  • Complete design tasks in alignment with project schedules, including valve and actuator design, engineering calculations, simulations, drawing creation, and project management.
  • Evaluate product portfolios and performance based on customer feedback and comparisons with mainstream products, initiating improvement projects for existing platforms.
  • Maintain accurate engineering system parameters to meet functional team requirements and company targets.
  • Coordinate with functional teams to expedite responses and provide solutions based on customer requirements, performing related calculations, analysis, and designs.
  • Summarize and document any issues encountered during project implementation, including project delays, resource allocation, scope changes, and discrepancies between customer expectations and actual outcomes.
  • Complete additional programs and activities as required in a timely manner.

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven design experience in mechanical engineering or related areas.
  • Proficiency with CAD software (Solidworks preferred) and simulation software (ANSYS preferred).
  • Strong project execution capabilities, an effective approach, and experience in process improvement.
  • Excellent customer service skills, communication abilities, and leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, listening, writing, and reading).
