Build long-term strategic relationships with both Chinese and international tier1/OEM customers, esp. the key automakers in North China region - Greatwall Motor, FAW, BJEV etc. Formulate strategies to engage with regulators and governments to align with China's automotive strategies Oversee and coordinate all operational activities, including customer service and technical support. Bachelor's degree or above with major in engineering background, MBA or EMBA is a plus Previous experience with a multi-national company in semi-conductor or Auto industry is a strong plus Over 8 years of account management experience in automotive industry Strategic thinking and strong business acumen Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English Strong network in automotive industry Frequent travel required
