It enables the Occupant and Client Experience based on the requirement “works every time”, while maintaining safe working practices throughout all we do.We are looking for an professional Engineer seeking for the opportunity to join an award winning Investment Bank team working between Central, Sheung Wan and TST. If you are someone who thrives in a busy environment, with exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow with the business, then this is the right opportunity for you.A snapshot of the role:Manage all Planned Preventative Maintenance Scheduling across all sitesSupervise and provide oversight to Technician team for both planned and ad hoc maintenanceCollaborate with Technical team to ensure prompt response and completion of ad-hoc Facilities Work OrdersWork closely with the Engineering Manager, BMO and preferred vendors to successfully plan and complete all major maintenance activities (i.e. WR2)Organise repair/replacement job quotation and negotiate scope, cost and time with vendor.Support Engineering Manager with all project works (i.e. provision of technical data and modification of drawings). Autocad proficiency is must.Perform administrative duties ensuring the timely closure of work orders and vendor invoice submissionResponsible for periodic documentation updates and preparation for internal & external auditsCollate necessary data for monthly reporting activities as required by the accountSupport Engineering Manager to facilitate relevant induction and training to Technical team.Update project cost platform on behalf of the client to ensure accurate forecasting and cost projections.Proactive in risk management duties encompassing:Report incidents within SLA/KPI metric & timely completion of formal reportUpdate risk registers periodicallyIdentifying risk on-site and providing solutionsInterested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualificationsDesired experience and technical skillsRequiredYou are a confident self-starter with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and a university degree/High Diploma or professional qualification in engineering / equivalent managementAble to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements.Fluent in Cantonese and reasonable English proficiency.Knowledge of MEP and building service engineering or equivalent. Has experience in CRAC, UPS, Chiller plant or Critical Equipment/Data Centre operations is preferable.Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements.Good PC literacy and able to manage daily activities using various systems, such as BMS, and other computerized control/monitoring system.5.5 working days per week.Response and support on emergency IncidentAbility to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of people.Registered Electrical Worker license is preferable.If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
