Autocad proficiency is must.Perform administrative duties ensuring the timely closure of work orders and vendor invoice submissionResponsible for periodic documentation updates and preparation for internal & external auditsCollate necessary data for monthly reporting activities as required by the accountSupport Engineering Manager to facilitate relevant induction and training to Technical team.Update project cost platform on behalf of the client to ensure accurate forecasting and cost projections.Proactive in risk management duties encompassing:Report incidents within SLA/KPI metric & timely completion of formal reportUpdate risk registers periodicallyIdentifying risk on-site and providing solutionsInterested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualificationsDesired experience and technical skillsRequiredYou are a confident self-starter with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and a university degree/High Diploma or professional qualification in engineering / equivalent managementAble to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements.Fluent in Cantonese and reasonable English proficiency.Knowledge of MEP and building service engineering or equivalent.
