- Daily processing of customer payments and AR entries
- Investigation of all payment discrepancies, including short pays, overpays, unknown payments and misapplied payments
- Open and sort through daily accounts receivables mail and distribute accordingly as needed,
- Verify credit memos and obtain the approval per signature authority
- Assist in Accounts Receivable end of month processes
- Update and maintain dispute reason codes in the system
