- Be partnership with all relevant BUs/BFs, with a strategic mindset, able to take business priorities, in-depth understanding of the commercial business with the ability to influence, challenge and innovate to enable commercial strategic imperatives.
- Identify target disease areas and assess clinical needs and commercial potential.
- Lead the development of product and solution prototypes, coordinate interdisciplinary research, and ensure that technical implementation matches medical logic.
- Coordinate resources from R&D, medical, marketing, and other departments to ensure timely project and solution delivery.
- Interface with cross function teams to ensure product and solution align with company strategy and localization needs.
- As non-promotional in nature team member and focus on digital health technology support and innovation. Be responsibility to provide scientific support of digital health topics
- Establish relationships: As a Liaison needs to proactively establish contact with various HCPs. By participating in medical conferences, organizing academic seminars, and conducting one-on-one visits, building long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
- Establish and nurture key relationships with HCPs to understand their needs and communicate relevant digital health topics. Based on education and collaboration to improve digital health solutions.
- Act as a bridge between the pharmaceutical company and HCPs, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Collect valuable feedback from HCPs to refine digital health topics.
- All activities strictly adhere to compliance and legal’s guidelines, ensuring alignment with medical and scientific standards.
- Ensure product and solution comply with domestic and international regulations, lead registration and compliance reviews.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital health initiatives, including data security and privacy concerns.
Commercial Acumen:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial and market dynamics.
- Ability to develop and execute digital product and solution.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience in talent attraction, development, and retention.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex initiatives.
- Experience in monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- IT/Marketing / medical / sales / digital background preferred
- Bachelor Degree is a must, MBA preferred
- 10 - 15 years experiences in digital / innovation strategy, digital marketing, or innovation projects, experiences in pharmaceutical industry
- Consulting background preferred
- Fluent English
