- Explore and solicit potential Prestige customers by providing appropriate retail banking and wealth management products and services to fulfill dynamic customer needs.
- As an active participant in OMA and marketing event to explore new business opportunities from specific channels.
- Make proper referrals to PBM after closing sales and feedback customer enquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Strength the awareness of high standard service quality and professional practices.
- Ensure strict compliance with external regulations and internal policies / guidelines issued by 1st LoD, 2nd LoD and 3rd LoD, etc. during sales process and daily operations.
- Ensure to conduct products sales and service processes by adhering to internal/external requirements and guidelines
- Ensure all compliance, control measures and conduct operational risk management for business development force are undertaken
- Obtain required sales license to be able to promote relevant products and services to meet customer needs.
- Strong customer service orientation, out-going and aggressive personality, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
- Bachelor degree or above
- Fresh graduate or related internship experience in sales or marketing
