JOB SUMMARYJOB DESCRIPTIONRESPONSIBLILITY

Work with Suppliers and Vendors for the swatches provided
Assist to work on the Proto / SMS material deliver schedule
Maintaining an up to date materials library for all the sourced articles and price detailed sheet by the material type
Manage the material data in the PLM system
Prepare proto material swatches and boards for presentation to Design Team when they are in China
Assist and follow up seasonal material test when required
Participate in different projects to best assist teams with materials needs

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

1-3 years of experience in footwear material development or sourcing is preferred
Fresh graduate with strong interest in raw materials and eager to develop within footwear industry are welcome
Detailed mind and responsible attitude
Good written and verbal communication skills and good team player
Strong mathematics and problem solving skills
Able to prioritize and work under pressures and tight deadlines
