It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.About the roleThe role Senior AI acceleration manager will lead the development and execution of Haleon China’s AI commercial roadmap. This roadmap contains AI use cases across different commercial areas, which are critical to support Haleon China’s growth ambitions. AI capabilities have been identified as strategic capability in China Acceleration Plan and Haleon digital strategy 2030.Key responsibilities

Develop, Optimize and Deliver Enterprise AI strategy and short/long term AI roadmap, including key choice areas and use cases, consolidating strategic needs and gain stakeholder alignment, align resources together with tech team and function team, and keep tracking the status of use case delivery with value measurement.
Drive proof of concept and roll out the use cases within different categories of the organization. Identifying, Building and Rolling out x-category learnings to dial up capabilities and embed data and AI value learnings.
Work together with global digital and tech team to drive China for China AI initiatives, meanwhile landing global digital strategy with identified relevant priorities.
Actively Brings in external best practice from external agency partners, and leading players in or beyond the industry.
Establish AI partnership with external platforms, solution providers, agencies and awards.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor Degree and above, MBA is a preferred.
Data & AI/CDMO function related experience + Management Consulting & Technical consulting experience is preferred. Hands on experiences with AI & data strategies or AI use cases creation and management.
Candidate needs to have strong expertise in the complex digital AI environment, including environment assessment i.e., latest trends, to translate these insights into enterprise strategy and use cases in line with business needs. Familiar with AI related external resources, e.g. agency ecosystem and solution providers.
Commercial acumen (Marketing or commercial channels) will be required to fully understand the business dynamics and needs and how to apply AI solutions to drive business value creation, growth and efficiency.
Visionary and Passion in AI and Digital, Strategic and innovative thinking, good problem-solving skill with logic, thinking and communication with good framework.
Proven skills of stakeholder influence with excellent communication skill across matrix organizations in China local level and regional level
Ability to drive and enable change, manage a high degree of complexity across diverse markets in changing environment.
Language proficiency both in English and Chinese.
