- Consumer & Sensory evaluation research skills focused on researching, testing, evaluating how consumers respond to products, and deep-diving into consumer's unmet needs
- Execution of the qualitative & quantitative consumer research, pet palatability testing & internal associates' product panel to support new product development based on project objectives, business ambitions and established schedules and costs
- Interpreting statistical analysis of pet palatability, consumer & sensory testing results, converting consumer & pet insights into key product design attributes and product CSFs
- leading the cross-function team to drive pet parent closeness and efficient way of working in innovation process with good consumer research capabilities, front-end design thinking skills
- Capability to develop new Consumer& sensory evaluation testing methods and programs and techniques
- Designs, executes and interprets Consumer & sensory attributes to transform into key product design attributes (KQA). Completes statistical analysis and prepares reports. Uses outside agencies and internal resources for testing when appointed. Provides expertise at identifying product characteristics and understanding consumer needs, translating consumer verbatim into technical language to lead crossfunction innovation team. Monitoring product performance to secure superior proposition. Secure global consumer pet methodologies deployment excellence in China
