- Manage and oversee all construction activities within a designated area of the project, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Manage a team of construction professionals and subcontractors, fostering a strong safety culture and promoting collaboration.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to address any deviations related to your scope.
- Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance to your team, ensuring all construction activities meet design specifications and quality requirements.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and addressing any concerns.
- Coordinate & interface with yards, project management, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of construction activities
- At least a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or a related field with sound and comprehensive understanding of construction principles, project management methodologies, and HSSE regulations.
- 10+ years of progressive and combined hands-on construction experience and project management expertise in the construction, energy, oil & gas or related industry.
- Possess a combination of construction experience, project management skills, leadership abilities and proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
- Proficiency in English is beneficial, especially for international projects with diverse teams.
