Learn more at https://www.jnj.comJob Function: Strategy & Corporate DevelopmentJob Sub Function: Strategic PlanningJob Category: People LeaderAll Job Posting Locations: Shanghai, ChinaJob Description:Corporate-level (JJMC) Strategy and Project Management (PMO): • Strategy: Identify company-level growth opportunities and devise strategies to capture opportunities o Extract critical insights for JJMC growth by conducting rigorous analyses on China healthcare market & policy trends o Formulate strategies to capitalize on key opportunities / address emerging challenges o Pioneer innovation strategies to sustain our leadership at the forefront of the industry • Corporate Priorities: Shape enterprise agenda and define near-term and mid-term priorities; support achievement of corporate imperatives • PMO: Govern portfolio of corporate initiatives and manage PMO process; provide project advisory o Project planning/approach: spearhead project implementation planning and advise problemsolving approach for both strategic and operational initiatives o Process governance: manage end-to-end projects execution process  Enable charter of corporate initiatives  Lead project planning and advise on approach  Govern projects progress tracking and milestones review o Propel cross-functional communication and issue resolution o Scope: Corporate-chartered initiatives on business models, capabilities, management systems, processes & operations Business Unit (BU) Advisory: • Champion business partnership with business groups. Support General Manager to develop longrange strategic plan, growth strategies and implementation plans. • Identify and analyze emerging business opportunities, devising strategies for growth initiatives • Lead collaboration with BU leadership on commercial strategies and go-to-market models • Deploy resources to support key business group or BU-level strategic initiatives, manage portfolio of BU-level strategic projects and govern implementation. • Act as strategic planning expert for business groups, e.g., business-specific market intelligence Talent Management and Development: • Supervise a team of managers and junior members of CD&BT. Provide coaching and guidance to support team development. Build a high performing team.
