We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an International School based in Shenzhen, Baoshan district. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2025.About the schoolAn international school situated in the Nanshan district of Shenzhen offers schooling services to kids from kindergarten to High School. The school follows the American educational standards and uses a combination of project-based learning, traditional methods, and Maker experiences to facilitate the curriculum.Job responsibilitiesTogether with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning-journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:

Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environment
Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child's performance and progress on regular basis

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in early childhood education or related field of study
At least 2 years' related teaching experience
Excellent English communicative skills
Training and/or experience in Project-Based Learning preferred

Compensation package

Monthly salary 25,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
Housing allowance of up to 9000 RMB per month
