  • System Maintenance and Optimization: Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of infrastructure such as servers, network devices, OS and services to ensure the stability and performance of the system.
  • Troubleshooting and emergency response: Promptly handle system failures and unexpected incidents, conduct problem diagnosis and resolution, and ensure business continuity.
  • Development of automated operation and maintenance tools: Design and develop automated operation and maintenance tools and scripts to enhance operation and maintenance efficiency and reduce manual operation errors.
  • Monitoring and Security Management: Real-time monitoring of the system's operational status through monitoring tools, and timely detection and handling of anomalies; Be responsible for formulating and implementing system security policies to prevent security threats.
  • Performance optimization and capacity planning: Continuously optimize system performance, conduct capacity planning and resource allocation based on business requirements, and ensure that the system can cope with business growth.
What makes us successful together
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer, or similar disciplines.
  • Clear logical thinking, problem analysis & processing; good communication with crossing departments and third-party.
  • Basic network knowledge and troubleshooting experience; like TCP/IP, VLAN, WAFF.
  • Familiar with Ansible、ELK、Docker/K8s.
  • Familiar with Unix/Linux operation (sed/awk/grep); shell script.
  • Familiar with Ali cloud and 21vianet is a plus.
  • Familiar with Kafka, MongoDB, lindorm is a plus.
  • Familiar with microservices maintenance is a plus.
