This position plays a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic direction and decision-making process.Main Responsibilities:Brand Communication Conduct thorough research on market trends and customer needs in the elevator industry to develop the company's brand positioning and strategic direction, ensuring a competitive advantage in a highly competitive market. Identify the core values and unique characteristics of the company's brand to shape a distinct brand image that highlights the company's strengths in quality, safety, and technological innovation. Cooperate with internal customers to promote and improve image through media, corporate advertising and strategic planning, help establish and implement solutions for major corporate crisis. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' brand strategies to effectively adjust and optimize the company's brand communication strategy. Contribute to branding and public relations activities to help business development.Public Relations Establish and maintain good relationships with media, industry associations, social organizations, and other relevant stakeholders. Plan and organize various public relations activities, including press conferences, media interviews, industry reports, etc., to enhance the company's image and reputation in the public perception. Handle media inquiries and crisis situations, effectively communicate the company's information and stance, and safeguard the company's reputation.Team Management Develop actionable work plans and goals and lead the team to execute them efficiently. Allocate tasks and resources reasonably, ensuring high-quality completion of work by team members. Create an inclusive and positive communication environment to promote teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members. Conduct regular team meetings to ensure smooth collaboration, address challenges, and optimize work efficiency.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above of Economics, Public Administration, Public Health, Trade, Foreign Affairs, Public Relations preferred. Rich experience on public communication, excellent capabilities of communication, coordination and persuasion. At least 10 years’ brand communication or public affairs related working experience with government, Fortune 500 MNCs, famous Chambers/Association/NGOs in China. Must be independent and flexible carrying out work activities and effective at building relationships internal and external of the company. Pro-active, optimistic, good balance between strategic thinking and tactic skill. Great leadership skills with excellent teamwork spirits.
