Job descriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.In this role, you will:Strengthen HSBC’s image as a leading wealth provider by providing clients with access to advanced technical product expertise, and provide internal training materials on portfolio strategy, as well as investment product insights to internal stakeholders.Conduct training to deliver new investment product launches and translate product strategy to PWP.Supply timely market and product updates, and assist the frontline teams with all customer servicing needs and disputes in order to ensure seamless support is provided to our customers.Collect and apply market and channel intelligence to identify and share competitive gaps, service issues, business opportunities, and challenges with stakeholders.Work closely with the Investment Product Team and Financial Planning Team on new products, product enhancements and improvements in customer experienceRequirementsTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:University degree with honours in economics, finance, business, mathematics or a related disciplineMinimum of six years of working experience as an investment counsellor or product specialistStrong client skills with the ability to deliver a strong client experience and provide needs-based solutionsDeep knowledge of financial planning to provide wealth management advice to high net wealth customers incl. Retirement / Estate Planning / Family Trust.Extensive external market awareness of market conditions, new product solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activitiesExcellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a teamDemonstrates ability to set stretch goals for self and the ability to deliver these with courage and tenacityExcellent investment consultation and presentation skillsObtained Fund Qualification from AMAC (preferred)Fluent in English and MandarinYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
